We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Battle Board purchase so we will accept your return/exchange anytime. If there is a warranty issue with your order, we will we'll cover the cost of shipping back to us. Shipping for exchanges or returns of non-warranty issues are non-refundable and will incur a calculated fee for the return shipping back to our warehouse.

Your return or exchange must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all protective films intact. Products returned that are used, missing original packaging, or have had their protective films removed will not qualify for a refund. A return that is received by Battle Board that does not conform with the above policies may be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

Kneeboard Upgrade Program

Upgrade your kneeboard to our latest version

We constantly refine our designs and work to improve our products. This sometimes means seeing a new version out that has features you’d like to see in your own Battle Board. Select your desired upgrade from the options below, send in your current kneeboard, and we’ll make the changes for you.

Example 1: Our latest kneeboards have velcro tabs for connecting the new Clipboard Velcro Panel and 7-Ring Attachment. Some of our earliest kneeboards also do not have a velcro strip on the top of the pocket. You can select both of those options below and we’ll get them added for you.

Example 2: We’ve launched a Stabilized Kneeboard for the iPad Mini and some people have asked to upgrade from their contoured spacer mesh to the adjustable stabilizers. We’ll also add in the velcro tabs and strips to make your kneeboard fully updated.

In each of these examples, you can update your board to the latest specs as well as purchase any of the newly released accessories. Following your upgrade purchase we’ll send you our address for where to send your kneeboard.

Frequently Asked Questions (so far)

Is shipping included in the upgrade?

The shipping from you to us is not included in the upgrade, so we’ll send you an address to mail in your item. You’re responsible up until we receive it, so please add a confirmation or insurance if you would like. The shipping from us back to you is added to the order when you purchase the upgrade, so we’ll keep that order and label on hand until we are ready to send it back to you.

Can I change the color of my board during the upgrade process?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to change the color during the upgrade process.

Can you upgrade the Clipboard Accessory Panel as well?

We designed our new Clipboard Velcro Panel from scratch with new materials, construction techniques and so we’re unable to retrofit the Clipbard Accessory Panel at this time.

How long does the process take to upgrade?

We anticipate the upgrade to take only a few days, but please allow up to a week for us to complete the work and get it turned around for you.
