We’ve taken our great designs and used all of the MultiCam® materials we could find. 

Utilizing the same high-quality materials and advanced construction techniques, the Battle Board Kneeboard MultiCam® MAX keeps your tablet secure during long drives or flights. These kneeboards are comfortable with breathable mesh underneath adjustable elastic straps. Fasten easily to your preferred leg with the G-hook that we laser-cut in-house from recycled 81mm mortar ammo cans.

Ultimately, securing a tablet during rough flying or driving conditions, making it easy to access, and keeping the design simple came down to finding the right non-slip and retention materials. The board is based on our best-selling Aviation Kneeboard but with a non-slip surface. The CatTongue Gription® material along with flat-braided elastic corner straps for tablets with cases as well as rubber corner straps for tablets without a case holds everything securely in place.

Materials

• CatTongue Non-Abrasive Gription® pad integrated into the top surface provides a non-slip surface for any electronic device to not slide off your leg even at a steep angle

• 500d CORDURA® nylon fabric - tight durable weave that has a tough yet soft feel

• G-hooks designed and laser-cut in our workshop from 81mm mortar ammo cans used by Army and Marine Corps infantrymen. These ammo cans were ethically sourced and raised caringly by non-GMO, free-range country boys who liberated them from the diesel-fumed confines of a random assault vehicle.

• Webbing, binding, and elastic woven from Invista solution-dyed yarns to exactly color match with coyote or black CORDURA® fabrics

• IMPAX® shock-absorbing foam designed for professional sports equipment

• Spacer mesh - made in the USA and highly springy for ventilation and padding

Gription® Non-slip Material Highlights

• Non-abrasive, meaning that it won’t ruin any surface you put it on or leave behind any gummy, sticky goo or residue. 

• Waterproof, so you can apply it to surfaces that may get wet including your boat, bathtub, sink, and more. 

• Made with HDPE plastic, a soft & lightweight, flexible, super-strong, impact-resistant high-density polyethylene plastic whose grip is superior to rubber & latex.

• Eco-friendly; unlike most other plastics & adhesive materials, HDPE is recyclable & doesn’t end up in landfills.

• Allergy-and-irritant-free; another advantage of HDPE is that CatTongue Grips won't irritate your skin or your hands when you touch it; and, unlike latex (which you’ll find in every rubber grip), it is 100% allergy-free.
