The Rundown:

We want to see your current Battle Board Kneeboards in action so we can share them with potential customers. Break out your cameras and take the most EPIC photo you can. Submit the most mind blowing use photo you can capture and you will be entered for a chance to win a full Modular Kneeboard System in the color of your choice.

The "Epic" Criteria:

No lame couch photos or blurred images accepted. Clean off your lens, keep your fat fingers out of frame and go nuts. We aren't looking for sunset pictures here, we are talking Maverick inverted over a Russian MiG with the Kneeboard in frame level EPIC. Not a pilot? Thats fine, get your Kneeboard in the most epic spot you can. 

Entering Your Photo:

Sharing your EPIC photos is as simple as tagging @Battleboard.us on your social media and then emailing a HIGH QUALITY copy to Info@battleboard.us with the subject line "INVERTED"! Be sure to include your Name, Location, and what aircraft you are in (if you are in one) in the email so we can show off how bad ass our customers are.

The Prizes :

Winners will receive a full modular kneeboard platform in their choice of colorway. We are talking all the bells and whistles. The best part; the chance to win gets even better as more people participate: We will add an extra winner for every 25 EPIC images submitted. That means at 50 entries we will choose 2 winners, at 75 entries 3 winners... You get the idea.

The Fine Print:

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

SPONSOR: Battle Board ("Sponsor"), Pompano Beach, Florida (battleboard.us).

ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children) and persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.

CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest begins June 23, 2026 at 09:00:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on July 20, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeper.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Contest Period, submit one or more original photographs featuring your Battle Board Kneeboard product in rugged, extreme, tactical, outdoor, military, LE, SAR, aviation, or other demanding field conditions via email to info@battleboard.us with the subject line ‘INVERTED’ and include your full name , location, and aircraft details (if applicable) AND posting publicly on Instagram OR Facebook then tagging @BattleBoard.us and using #BattleBoardGiveaway #INVERTED”.

By submitting an entry, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

• Photographs must be original works taken solely by the entrant.

• AI-generated images, AI-assisted images, or images that Sponsor determines (in its sole discretion) have been significantly altered or manipulated using AI or other digital means will be disqualified.

• Entries must not infringe any third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, etc.), contain offensive, defamatory, hateful, or illegal content, or otherwise violate these rules.

• Multiple photo entries are permitted; however, only one (1) discount code will be issued per customer / email address / household regardless of the number of photos submitted.

• Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these rules or that it deems inappropriate, in its sole discretion.

JUDGING AND WINNER SELECTION: After the Contest Period closes, eligible entries will be judged by a panel of Battle Board staff (“Judges”). Winners will be selected based on the following criteria (in the Judges’ sole discretion): overall image quality, clarity, and technical execution; creativity and composition; and the “bad-ass factor” — the extent to which the image effectively captures and conveys extreme durability, reliability in harsh or mission-critical conditions, tactical/field professionalism, and the spirit of Battle Board’s ultra-rugged products.

All decisions of the Judges are final and binding. The number of winners (if any) will be determined by Sponsor in its discretion based on entry volume and quality. Odds of being selected depend on the total number of eligible entries received and the application of the judging criteria.

PRIZES: “Number of winners selected will be based of number of entries. Each winner will receive one (1) New Battle Board Modular Kneeboard System bundle in choice of available colors.

In addition, every entrant who submits a valid and eligible photo entry will receive one (1) discount code via email within approximately 5–7 business days after contest period closes. The discount code provides 30% off a single qualifying order, is one-time use, non-transferable, and subject to Battle Board’s standard terms of sale. Minimum purchase may apply. One code per customer.

Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions or cash equivalents will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion (a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted).

WINNER NOTIFICATION AND CLAIMING: Potential winners will be notified by email to the address provided with their entry within approximately 7–10 business days after the Contest Period ends. Each potential winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days of notification and provide any requested information (including eligibility confirmation and shipping details, if applicable) or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from the remaining eligible entries, at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for undeliverable notification emails or a winner’s failure to respond in time.

LICENSE GRANT AND RELEASE: By submitting a photograph, you grant Battle Board a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, fully paid-up license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display, and otherwise exploit the submitted photograph(s) (in whole or in part) in any media now known or hereafter developed, for any purpose whatsoever, including promotional, marketing, advertising, and commercial purposes, without further compensation, notice, or consent (to the fullest extent permitted by law). You represent and warrant that you own all rights in the photograph or have obtained all necessary permissions and that the entry does not infringe any third-party rights.

By participating, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Battle Board and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your participation in the Contest, any entry, or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Contest (or any portion thereof) if fraud, technical failure, human error, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest. In such event, Sponsor may award prizes from among eligible entries received prior to the impairment or cancel the prizes entirely. These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between you and Sponsor and supersede all prior representations. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect. Sponsor’s decisions on all matters are final.

GOVERNING LAW: This Contest and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any legal action arising out of this Contest shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
