Let's just call it as we see it, perfection doesn't happen on the first try. The items that we are offering here are what are called production seconds, which means even though they are functional, they may not be as pretty. Sometimes a zipper slider is missing, or a panel is upside down, or there’s a stain on the fabric. We have high standards for our first quality goods, but we’re not too proud to sell our mistakes instead of throwing them away.
Some of these have slight defects such as alignment issues, cosmetic stitching defects, or warping in the polycarbonate. We have these items in order of best to worst looking, and we'll ship them out in that order on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Due to the nature of these items, they are not eligible for returns or warranty requests.
